SHIA LeOOPS Shia Lebouf is apologizing for a video that surfaced on YouTube on Monday. In the video, Shia is shown in a slapping contest with a friend during a party. In an attempt to provoke his friend to smack him, Shia called him a f****t. Shia's rep spoke exclusively to E! Online, saying, quote, "He regrets having used the word in any capacity and is very embarrassed that this footage is being seen by anyone." The rep explained that the video is several years old and was taken amongst friends. The clip has since been removed from YouTube.
TO VACCINATE OR NOT TO VACCINATE Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards are at it AGAIN. They are now battling over whether or not to vaccinate their children. Charlie thinks vaccines are poison. The children's pediatrician is siding with Denise. If an agreement cannot be reached, a judge will decide.

BURGER KING HELPED ROBERT DOWNEY JR. BEAT ADDICTION
Robert Downey Jr. recently told Britain's Empire magazine that Burget King helped him overcome his drug addiction. The "incident" in question came in 2003 when he was driving a car filled with, quote, "tons of...dope" and decided to pull over for a burger. He explains, quote, "I have to thank Burger King. It was such a disgusting burger I ordered. I had that, and this big soda, and I thought something really bad was going to happen." Right at that moment, he decided to clean up his act and toss all of his drugs into the ocean. The scene in Iron Man where Robert's character Tony Stark asks for a cheeseburger from Burger King is actually a reference to his own experience.

ASHLEY TISDALE DENIES HIV RUMORS Ashley Tisdale's rep has dismissed some online rumors that she may have contracted HIV from her nose surgery last year. The rumors were allegedly supported by a statement from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles asking everyone to pray for Ashley's health. A spokesperson for the hospital says it didn't release any such statement.
PATRICK SWAYZE IS A BEAST
Patrick Swayze may have been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer back in March, but that's not stopping him from working. He'll star in the A&E drama The Beast, which has been picked up by the cable network for 13 episodes. Production will begin this summer in Chicago, with the show slated to premiere early next year.
WONDER WOMAN FINDS DEAD BODY Lynda Carter, aka Wonder Woman, found a dead body last week in Washington D.C.'s Potomac River.Lynda was by herself in a boat when she spotted the body. Because she didn't have a cell phone, she asked some fishermen nearby to call police. She then waited until officers arrived to lead them to the body. A cause of death has not been identified.

Amy Winehouse apologized yesterday in the wake of a report from Britain's News of the World, which obtained a video it claimed was filmed around May, 2007 in a "crack den." In the tape, Amy and a friend are chanting slurs to the tune of a children's song while being taped by her husband, who told them he wasn't recording it. PHOTOG ACCUSED OF STALKING JAMIE LYNN
A photographer named Edwin W. Merino has been accused of stalking Jamie Lynn Spears. According to authorities, Merino had pestered the couple in the Liberty, Mississippi area. He has a court appearance scheduled for next week. Merino thinks he may have been targeted because he was the only photographer following Jamie Lynn at the time. He says he was about 200 feet away from her and her fiancé, Casey Aldridge, preparing to take their picture with a long lens, when he was arrested at a gas station.
DAVID ARCHULETA CONCERT CANCELLED David Archuleta was all set to perform a "thank you" concert this Friday at the E Center in Salt Lake City. Tickets were to be sold for a dollar each, with the money going to charity, but the show was scrapped at the last minute. Initial reports indicated that American Idol put the brakes on the show because it wasn't an official Idol event. But Utah TV station Fox 13 says that the real reason has to do with the booking company, which would not allow David appear at the E Center before he performed there on the American Idols Live tour. Obviously, there's a concern that the one-off show would cut into ticket sales for the Idol tour stop, scheduled for July 14th.
ANGELINA DID NOT TAKE A TUMBLE Don't believe everything you see. The cover of the latest Star magazine suggests that a very pregnant Angelina Jolie collapsed on a beach recently and her health is in danger. TMZ.com, however, has uncovered a series of photos that were taken at the exact same time that prove otherwise. Last week's Entertainment Tonight report claiming Angelina Jolie had given birth to twins in France apparently was based on information from someone impersonating the Oscar-winner's assistant. ET says Angelina's attorney informed them earlier this week that the show may have been duped. The show states, quote, "We are actively investigating the matter and are reaching out to law enforcement agencies." The imposter has yet to be identified.

ANOTHER CLINTON SEX SCANDAL An article in the current issue of Vanity Fair seems to suggest that Bill Clinton had a recent affair with Gina Gershon. The article cites what it calls "recent high-end Hollywood dinner-party gossip" in reporting Clinton has been, quote, "visiting with the actress Gina Gershon in California."
Gina's lawyers have since sent a letter to Vanity Fair, calling for a retraction. They deny she had an affair with the former president, stating, quote, "Gershon has only been in the same room as President Clinton on three occasions," when others were around. Clinton himself has dismissed the author of the article, Todd Purdum, as a "scumbag," a comment for which a rep for Senator Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign has since apologized.
In an interview with CNN, Purdum said he had not insinuated any improper behavior on Clinton's part, but simply noted the speculation that exists. Purdum is married to former Clinton press secretary Dee Dee Myers.
STEVE-O FOUND GOD Steve-O from MTV's Jackass pleaded guilty in a Los Angeles court Tuesday to cocaine possession, and informed the judge that he had, quote, "found God." Steve-O also told the court he has been sober now for 85 days. His attorney says the judge took into consideration his client's commitment and time in rehab and announced the case would be completely dismissed once he completes his treatment program.
FATHER OF THE YEAR Kevin Federline is scheduled to host a party at the club Privé in Las Vegas on June 13th, where he will be presented with a "Father of the Year" award. This will be his second "Father of the Year" award in seventh months. The first was awarded last November by Details magazine.
HAPPY ANNIVERSARY, PARIS! Yesterday marked the one year anniversary of Paris Hilton's 23-day stint in jail for violating probation in an alcohol-related reckless driving case. She's still remembered by the inmates at the Lynwood, California all-women county jail where she served much of her sentence. TMZ.com reports that inmates at Lynwood baked a cake in honor of Paris in a cooking class. The cake featured the Eiffel Tower, which of course is located in Paris, France.
LOHANS BACK IN COURT
Dina and Michael Lohan made a closed-door court appearance in Long Island, New York. An attorney for Michael said his client argued that Dina wasn't complying with a visitation agreement allowing him to see 14-year-old daughter Ali and 11-year-old son Dakota. Lindsay and her 19-year-old brother, Michael, are excluded from the complaint because they're not minors.

TMZ.com has obtained Nick Hogan's response to the civil lawsuit that John Graziano's family filed against the Hogans. In his response Nick blames everyone BUT himself. Nick also says John was the one who put himself in danger by wearing a seatbelt, not getting out of the car, getting into the car in the first place. DID ANGIE GIVE BIRTH ALREADY? According to Entertainment Tonight, Angelina Jolie has already given birth to twin girls. ET even sites a source claiming to have been inside the delivery room for the birth who said Angie and the babies were fine. The magazine even revealed the new daughters' purported names: Isla Marcheline and Amelie Jane.
PETE EXPLAINS HIS LIES In an email to MTV, Pete Wentz explained why he flat-out lied about Ashlee Simpson's pregnancy. Pete says, "My first instinct was to protect her and the baby. People magazine has confirmed that a woman named Jaymes Foster, a close friend of Clay Aiken's (and the sister of producer David Foster), has been artifically inseminated by the singer. Naomi Campbell has been charged with assaulting two police officers after allegedly making a scene at London's Heathrow Airport last month. She faces six charges in all, including three counts of assaulting a constable. She's also been accused of disorderly conduct and using threatening and abusive words or behavior to the cabin crew.
BILL MURRAY IN SOME TROUBLE Bill Murray's wife filed for divorce on May 12th, claiming that he physically abused her and told her last November that she was, quote, "lucky he didn't kill her." LINDSAY VS. A source said that when Lindsay got wind her dad planned to track her down there, she "freaked out" and decided to have dinner with her mother and sister, instead. RAY J KICKED OUT OF HOTEL FOR HAVING DRUGS In response to guest complaints about Ray at the Hyatt Regency in Washington D.C. on Saturday, hotel security went up to his room to investigate and discovered that he was stashing marijuana and PCP. Police were called, but no charges were formally filed. Ray J was, of course, kicked out of the hotel. After unsuccessfully bribing the hotel to let him stay, Ray J went up the street to the Holiday Inn.
EVA DOES DRIVE-THROUGH
Eva Longoria got to work yesterday at a Wendy's in her hometown of Corpus Christi, Texas to promote the Father's Day Frosty Weekend, an upcoming campaign in which 50 cents from every Frosty sold at participating restaurants go to an adoption charity. Apparently, Eva actually worked at that particular Wendy's from 1991 to 1994.
SHARON STONE BOYCOTT While attending the Cannes Film Festival last week, Sharon Stone told reporters, quote, "I'm not happy about the way the Chinese are treating the Tibetans because I don't think anyone should be unkind to anyone else. And then this earthquake and all this stuff happened, and then I thought, is that karma?" In response to Sharon's comments, the owner of one of the country's biggest theater chains, UME Cineplex, has pledged not to screen any more of her films. The owner called Sharon's words "inappropriate" and said she had no business discussing her political beliefs when talking about the earthquake.

CHAD KROEGER APPEALS DUI Chad Kroeger, the lead singer of Nickelback, has appealed his recent drunk driving conviction. Chad is arguing that the breathalyzer test he was forced to take when he was pulled over for speeding in 2006 violated his rights. Chad's lawyer says the breathalyzer results, which showed that the singer had nearly double the legal limit of alchol in his blood, should have been excluded from evidence because the arresting officer didn't have any "reasonable suspicion" that Chad was drunk.
DAVID ARCHULETA NOT MATURE ENOUGH TO DATE
In a conference call with reporters on Friday, David Archuleta said that he's not ready for love or a relationship yet. David explained, "I just feel like, being 17, I'm not really mature enough to understand those feelings." In an interview with Ryan Seacrest on Tuesday, Pete Wentz said he and his new wife, Ashlee Simpson, aren't on a lavish honeymoon. Pete says, "We're gonna save that 30 grand, you know?"

According to court documents, Jamie Spears was forced to leave his catering job so he could focus his attention on his conservatorship of Britney full-time. In response to a request for what was termed "replacement compensation," he was awarded 10 thousand dollars in back pay for the first month of the conservatorship, plus a 25 hundred-dollar-per-week salary beginning in March.

Ali says school authorities were notified and the kids were suspended. Ali is now being home-schooled now to accommodate her work and travel schedule related to her new E! reality series, Living Lohan. Owen Wilson seems to be feeling a bit better after his recent break-up with Kate Hudson. MARRIED! Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz tied the knot Saturday evening in front of 150 guests at her parents' home in the Los Angeles area. Ashlee's dad, Joe, performed the non-denominational ceremony, with her sister, Jessica, acting as maid of honor and Pete's dog serving as ring-bearer. Although Tony Romo did attend the wedding, rumors persist that he and Jessica have split. According to Us Weekly, Ashlee's dad asked Tony to come to the wedding to, quote, "support the family." The reception had an Alice in Wonderland-inspired theme, with a wedding cake featuring a top hat, teapot, stopwatch and a pot of flowers.
BRITNEY SEX TAPE!? The National Enquirer is reporting that Adnan Ghalib is shopping a sex tape he made with Britney Spears during their trip to Mexico. A source told The Enquirer, "word is the video starts with Britney undressing. She was wearing some cheap clothes that she bought down there in Rosarito . . . The sex wasn't particularly kinky but Britney wears a pink wig throughout. At one point in the tape Adnan asks the singer to remove the pink bob but she refused. LINDSAY WANTS SPONSORS, NOT FRIENDS, AT HER PARTY
TMZ reports Lindsay Lohan is soliciting bids for sponsorships for her upcoming 22nd birthday bash in July. Lindsay wasn't able to party in style for her 21st birthday because she was in rehab. TMZ says a website has been created to drum up business for the bash, claiming a group of 75 VIP guests will party at this quote, "international media-worthy event." Sources tell TMZ the site is no joke and is designed to make it easy to attract companies and their products, though alcohol sponsors need not apply.
HILARY SWANK: OSCAR WINNER AND WAITRESS?
The New York Daily News says Hilary Swank was mistaken for a waitress over the weekend. Apparently, she texting on her cell phone while standing next to a hostess stand at the Waverly Inn restaurant when a patron approached and asked if she worked there. The newspaper says when Hilary politely told the customer she did not, he replied, quote, "You definitely look like you do."

An insider tells People magazine Lance Armstrong and Kate Hudson were spotted in Austin, Texas, Friday and Saturday night. Lance and Kate dined at a high-end restaurant Friday evening, but then accompanied his three kids and several friends to Austin's casual Hula Hut eatery on Saturday. According to MTV, David Archuleta won the official coin toss for next week's final performances on American Idol, giving him the option of singing first or second. Choosing to sing second may be the way to go, because that means your performance is fresher in the voters' minds. And, if the two Davids end up having to sing the same song, the person going second can concentrate on really blowing the other guy away.
MTV reports that when David Archuleta won the coin toss, his dad Jeff immediately started yelling, "Second! Second!" MTV hasn't revealed what David chose.
FAMILY VACATION Britney Spears and her father have taken off to Costa Rica... With Mel Gibson and his wife. Britney and Mel used to live near each other in Malibu and were spotted not long ago having dinner together at a Russian restaurant in Studio City. A source tells People.com, "Mel and Robin clearly saw a woman in crisis and wanted to extend themselves in any way possible. It's simply an act of human kindness -- one neighbor reaching out to the other." The group are expected to stay at the Gibsons' home in Costa Rica and return to the States next week.
MILEY CYRUS SONG A RIP-OFF
L.A. band Lustra is not pleased with Miley Cyrus. The band claims that Miley's song "Rockstar" is nearly identical to their song "Scotty Doesn't Know," which was used in the 2004 movie Roadtrip. According to various reports, Lustra guitarist Nick Cloutman said, quote, "Although we are very flattered that Ms. Cyrus took this route, we would have preferred some credit."

CONFIRMED: TWINS FOR ANGIE Angelina Jolie has been forced to confirm she's pregnant with twins.... thanks to Jack Black. In an interview yesterday with NBC's Today show in Cannes, France, where they're promoting the upcoming animated movie, Jack joked that Angie and Brad Pitt, will, quote, "have as many as [the] Brady Bunch when you have these." When asked about Jack's comment, Angelina replied, quote, "Yeah, yeah, we've confirmed that already. Well, Jack's just confirmed it actually." Jack, of course, has since apologized. Angelina said she will "possibly" give birth in France, as has been rumored, but she would not divulge the sexes of the babies. The entire conversation with Angie and Jack will air on the Today show this morning.
MARIAH AND NICK'S "MAGIC" PARTY
TMZ.com has dished some of the "dirty" details of Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon's wedding "reception" at Six Flags Magic Mountain. Apparently, Mariah had her own private bathroom, with gaurds right outside. As for their guests, the boys' bathrooms had tissues, a cup full of gum, and a candle. The ladies were treated to pink mats, gum, Listerine, and a basket full of hairspray. The couple was driven around the park in a golf cart, and Mariah was followed by a hairstylist and makeup artist at all times.

Us Weekly is reporting Jessica Simpson is torn up over John Mayer's new relationship with Jennifer Aniston, so much so that she felt the need to tie one recently. Apparently, she was so drunk after four hours at a Mexican restaurant in L.A. with best friend CaCee Cobb and Cobb's boyfriend, Donal Faison , she had to call mom Tina to get a ride home, leaving her Range Rover in the parking lot of the restaurant. Us reports that CaCee was in no better shape, vomiting under the table.
MARIAH GETTING READY FOR A BABY Are newlyweds Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon expecting a baby already? AARON CARTER MAY HEAD TO CELEBRITY REHAB
The New York Post reports that Aaron Carter may be appearing on the next season of VH1's Celebrity Rehab. Along with Aaron, former Hollywood madam Heidi Fleiss and ex-Skid Row frontman Sebastian Bach may be checking in as well. While VH1 hasn't confirmed casting for the show, production sources tell the Post that Dennis Rodman has also been approached to appear.
AMY WINEHOUSE OFF THE HOOK
Amy Winehouse won't be facing charges over video footage that allegedly shows her smoking crack. Police grilled Amy for nine hours last week about the video, which they received in January. It appears to show Amy smoking a crack pipe and mumbling about taking valium. In a statement, her publicist said, "Amy is pleased to be able to move on and concentrate on music and particularly looks forward to seeing her fans again at...festival performances this summer."

MORE ON THE ARCHULETA BAN American Idol executive producer Nigel Lythgoe recently spoke to Entertainment Weekly about the recent decision to ban Jeff Archuleta (David's father) from rehearsals. Nigel explains, "He has been asked not to participate in the choice of music with David or be in the room when David is working out his routines that he wants to sing."
As for why Jeff was banned, Nigel explains, "We just want David to be able to be free like everybody else to get on and do what they want to do." Nigel denied that Archuleta senior is a pushy stage dad. He said, "What is a stage dad, or a stage mom? It's someone who's protective. That's all."
So how does David feel about this? He tells TV Guide, "I don't really care what people say about [my dad], but I know it's affected him and stressed him out." He adds, "It's kind of a bummer....he's been great. He's given me a lot of good advice and helped me from making any dumb decisions." David says his dad, quote, "understands more than anyone what I want in music."

Britney Spears was involved in another fender bender yesterday. She rear-ended a red SUV with her white Mercedes-Benz Tuesday in Beverly Hills, and as usual, the paparazzi got it on video. TMZ.com reports that Spears' bodyguard exchanged information with the SUV's female driver.
MARIAH'S RECENT WEDDING WON'T BE HER LAST
Mariah Carey was on The Ellen DeGeneres Show yesterday to discuss her recent wedding to Nick Cannon in the Caribbean. Mariah said they each brought just three friends because, quote, "We wanted to be on the beach and we didn't want other people taking pictures." She added that the couple will have a larger ceremony for the rest of their family and friend. She says, "We're just going to have another [one] next year. [Nick's] plan is to have one every year."

The Weinstein Co. is going to turn Fraggle Rock into a live-action musical movie. just like the series, the film will be populated by a mix of human characters and Fraggle Rock puppets. The pic will take the core characters Gobo, Wembley, Mokey, Boober and Red outside of their home in Fraggle Rock, where they interact with humans, which they think are aliens.

The New York Post is reporting that Beyoncé is pregnant. What makes them say so? Well, she's supposedly gained a bit of weight. The Post says that according to a source, Beyoncé normally does the, quote, "Def Jam detox" when she's put on a few pounds, but not this time. A rep for the singer told the paper, quote, "I don't know if she's pregnant. Let me perform an ultrasound and get back to you."
WEDDING THIS WEEKEND?
Us Weekly is reporting that Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz will marry this Saturday at a, quote, "top secret" location. Apparently, guests received a "save the date" notice and will be shuttled to the mystery place on Saturday. The rehearsal dinner will be an "intimate affair" for "family and close friends only" and will happen Friday.
LINDSAY GOES HIP-HOP Lindsay Lohan is going hip-hop on her upcoming album... That's right, the album will include collaborations with Akon, Pharrell, Snoop Dogg and Ne-Yo.

Jimmy Fallon will replace Conan O'Brien as host of Late Night in the middle of next year. DAVID ARCHULETA'S FATHER BANNED
TMZ.com and the Associated Press both report that David Archuleta's father, Jeff, has been banned from AmericanIdol rehearsals after he pushed for his son to include that verse from Sean Kingston's "Beautiful Girls" in his performance of "Stand by Me" last Tuesday, ignoring the show's producers in the process. David's voice coach tried to clarify the situation to People magazine over the weekend, saying, quote, "He is just not allowed to go into the arranging sessions with David. It is more of a fairness issue than anything else, since the other two contestants don't have people on site to help with their arrangements. It is not a punishment."

Hugh Hefner has told TV's Extra that when Miley Cyrus comes of age, he'd be happy to have her pose for Playboy. Hef said that Miley would be, quote, "welcomed in the magazine" and added that the 15-year-old is, quote, "a very pretty lady." Hef also said that the outcry over Miley's Vanity Fair photos shows, quote, "how schizophrenic America is about sexuality." He says the photos were "innocent" and he doesn't understand why everyone made what he calls a "big to do" over them.
DID O.J. CONFESS? Mike Gilbert, a memorabilia dealer and former associate of O.J. Simpson is releasing his book, How I Helped O.J. Get Away With Murder: The Shocking Inside Story of Violence, Loyalty, Regret and Remorse, today. In the book, Gilbert claims O.J. confessed to the murders of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman.
According to the Associated Press, which received an advance copy of the book, Gilbert alleges that O.J. n had smoked marijuana and taken a sleeping pill and was drinking beer when he told Gilbert that he'd visited ex-wife's condominium on the night of June 12th, 1994. O.J. allegedly said Nicole opened the door with a knife in her hand, and added, quote, "If she hadn't opened that door with a knife in her hand...she'd still be alive." Gilbert writes, quote, "Nothing more needed to be said. O.J. had confessed to me. There's no doubt in my mind."
Gilbert also alleges that he advised O.J. to stop taking his arthritis medicine in an attempt to cause swelling in his hands so they wouldn't fit the infamous bloody gloves during his murder trial. Gilbert doesn't offer any evidence to suggest that O.J. followed his advice.
JAIL TIME
Nick Hogan, 17, was sent to jail on Friday after pleading no contest in Clearwater, Florida to causing an accident that seriously injured his friend. He was sentenced to eight months in jail. He must also serve five years probation -- which includes attending DUI classes -- and surrender his driving privileges for three years. He immediately began serving his jail sentence after the ruling.

Kate Hudson and Owen Wilson are NOT engaged, despite the fact she has been spotted wearing a diamond on her left ring finger. Kate's rep told Us Weekly, quote, "She's definitely not engaged," and explained the ring as part of the role the actress is playing in the movie she's filming, Bride Wars.

So how does Michael Lohan feel about Dina Lohan being named "Top Mom"? Well, he called the honor "a joke" and said, quote, "I guess they forgot to mention how this top super-mom leaves her kids alone at night and even parties in their presence. Just wait until we go back to court." He added that Dina missed their family therapy appointment to attend the Mingling Moms dinner Tuesday night. In response, Dina called Michael "infantile" and told the Post that her ex-husband is jealous that she was honored. She said quote, "We speak to a therapist once a week and I'm not required to go." She added that with the schedule of taping her reality show for E! with other daughter Ali, it's not unusual for her to reschedule therapy.
STAR FIRES BACK Star Jones is firing back at Barbara Walters for her recent comments on The Oprah Winfrey Show. Star told Us Weekly, quote, "It is a sad day when an icon like Barbara Walters, in the sunset of her life, is reduced to publicly branding herself as an adulterer, humiliating an innocent family with accounts of her illicit affair and speaking negatively against me, all for the sake of selling a book." Star was referring to Barbara's recent admission that she had an affair with former U.S. Senator Edward Brooke in the 1970s. Babs' rep responded, quote, "I will not dignify this with a comment. Barbara's written words say it all!"
ARRESTED AGAIN
Amy Winehouse has been arrested once again, this time on suspicion of drug use. In the UK, the police make arrests in order to hold interviews. After the interview, they decide whether or not to press charges. Amy voluntarily went to a London police station to be arrested "by appointment." She was later released on police bail, but there's still a possibility that she'll undergo more questioning in the future. In a statement, her publicist said, "[Amy] is cooperating fully with inquiries. The interview relates to a video handed to the police earlier this year." This refers to the video of Amy allegedly smoking crack, stills of which were published in a UK newspaper this past January.
BRITNEY HOUSE-HUNTING
Britney Spears looked at a five-bedroom home yesterday in Encino, California that's listed at just under six million bucks. Unfortunately, Britney is only on a 15-hundred-dollar-a-week allowance and would need her father, Jamie, to approve the purchase, since Brit's still under his conservatorship.
JOHN MAYER IS A CREEP
John Mayer apparently logs all his romantic conquests in something called a "fame book." A source who's worked with John tells the Chicago Sun Times that the book is a diary-like record of all the women he's bedded, along with personal photos he took of them, notes they've sent him, clippings of magazine articles about his various relationships and printouts of emails they've sent him. A friend of John, who claims to have seen this "fame book" tells the paper, "Just think what that would go for on eBay."

BRITNEY SPEARS GETS MORE TIME WITH KIDS
Britney Spears has received an "expansion of time" with her children following a custody hearing yesterday, though exact details were not revealed. Kevin Federline's lawyer told reporters afterward, "It is a cautious step, but a step forward nonetheless. We are seeing signs of [Britney's] progress." TMZ.com reports that Britney was granted three days of supervised visitation per week, and could also be granted overnight visitation sometime in the next month. The website states that the plan is to eventually give Britney 50/50 custody with K-Fed.
SHE WANT PRE-NUP! Rumors have been flying that not only did Mariah Carey run off and marry Nick Cannon after dating him a month, but that she did it without signing a pre-nup. Relax... Mariah's millions are safe. A source told Fox News Online that they heard Mariah say, "Anyone who thinks we didn't have a prenup is smoking something!"
USE CAUTION WHEN TAKING PHOTOS OF CHRIS BROWN A photographer for the Tampa Bay Times was beaten and robbed Monday night while covering Chris Brown's 19th birthday party at the Vintage Ultra Lounge nightclub in St. Petersburg, Florida.
Luis Santana says he was given permission by Vintage security to take pictures of Chris (and Rihanna) outside the club. But when he photographed Chris in a limo, security guards chased him and pushed him to the ground, and one guard pressed his knee into Santana's jaw while the other guards took his camera, which he says is worth about three thousand dollars. Santana believes the incident is related to another scuffle earlier in the afternoon, when Rihanna's bodyguards pushed him after he photographed the singer at a mall.
FIRST CYRUS, NOW JONAS
Following in the footsteps of Miley Cyrus, The Jonas Brothers will be getting their very own 3-D movie, scheduled for 2009. The movie will feature behind-the-scenes documentary material, as well as footage from the brothers' Burning Up concert tour, which will kick off in July. In a statement, the group said, "We can't wait to start working on this film for our fans. It's going to be awesome and we really want to bring a totally unique and different movie experience to everyone, whether they've seen us live or not."
"WE'RE VERY CLOSE NOW" In the June issue of Elle magazine, Rihanna addresses her rumored intimate relationship with Chris Brown. She says, "We've always been friends, but we're very close now." DINA LOHAN APPARENTLY A TOP MOM
Dina Lohan has been named "Top Mom" by a New York organization called Mingling Moms. A Mingling Moms spokesperson told OK!Magazine, quote, "It's something for Mother's Day. It's a list of mothers from Long Island who have raised superstar children." Mingling Moms president Erica Logiudice told the New York Post that Dina is a quote, "dedicated mom" and added, quote, "Through all the ups and downs of Lindsay, she has been by her side."
THE RUNWAY DRAMA CONTINUES Lifetime may have purchased the rights to Project Runway, but as of yesterday, NBC Universal made sure they didn't have the show's producers, Dan Cutforth and Jane Lipsitz. NBC Universal, which owns Bravo, USA and Oxygen, cut an exclusive deal with Cutforth and Lipsitz, who call their production company Magical Elves, to give them first dibs on projects in development. NBC Universal is also seeking a preliminary injunction against the Weinstein Company, which owns Project Runway, to prevent Lifetime from promoting the show.
The fifth season of the program airs this summer on Bravo before making the switch.
DON'T "MICHAEL JACKSON" KANYE Kanye West is blogging again, and this time, he's defending the big fuss he made over technical issues at a recent concert in Houston, and told fans quote, "don't believe the hype!," referring to the headlines he made because of his tantrum. He also says he's not a diva, writing quote, "Unfortunately for certain media outlets, you will never be able to Michael Jackson' me. That means to make it seem like everything I do is so weird or out of place." He adds, quote, "They always try to make it seem like everything is about my ego! That joke is getting old. At a certain point you have to respect that I'm one of the last artists that still care about the fans having the best time of their lives!"
BACK TO COURT
Britney Spears is due back in court today. At a family court hearing scheduled for 8:30 this morning Los Angeles time, Britney's expected to present her case to get more face time with her sons. She currently has monitored visitation rights with the two boys, but no overnight privileges. As for whether Kevin Federline will be in attendance, his attorney says, "Kevin has been at every important hearing [so far]. I view Tuesday as an important hearing."

Scarlett Johansson and Ryan Reynolds have been dating since last spring, and now it's official... The couple is engaged! No wedding date has been set yet.
LINDSAY LOHAN A THIEF?
A New York college student says Lindsay Lohan lifted her 11-thousand-dollar blond mink coat from a nightclub party they both attended, and she wants Linds to own up to it. According to the New York Post, 22-year-old Masha Markova says she spotted Lindsay wearing her coat in numerous paparazzi photos following the party on January 26th and had her immigration lawyer call Lindsay's attorney Blair Berk. A few days later the nightclub contacted her, saying they had something for her. It turned out to be the coveted mink, which Markova says was a gift from her grandmother. Markova and her lawyer haven't directly accused Lindsay of stealing the coat, but they want her to pay at least 10 thousand dollars for the unauthorized, three-week rental. Markova says the mink came back to her reeking of cigarettes and alcohol and the lining had a slight tear in it.

BAD NEWS AND GOOD NEWS FOR LINDSAY LOHAN Lindsay Lohan's infamous mug shot from her DUI arrest last July was used in a full-page print ad that ran in USA Today, attacking ignition interlock devices. Those are devices that measure a driver's blood alcohol level before they can start their vehicle.
The words written above the mug shot read, quote: "Ignition interlocks are a good idea for..." -- followed by the mug shot. Appearing below the photo are smaller photos of people drinking and the words quote, "But a bad idea for us." The ad goes on to say that interlocks are a good idea for, quote, "hard-core drunk drivers," but would unfairly penalize responsible drinkers.
Lindsay's lawyer, Blair Burke, blasted USA Today for running the ad, calling them quote, "idiotic to run such an irresponsible advertisement" and also for not disclosing that it was paid for by the American Beverage Institute, which supports the alcohol industry. Berk added that her client, quote, "fully endorses ignition interlock devices, which have been well-proven to save lives.

Shia Lebouf is apologizing for a video that surfaced on YouTube on Monday. In the video, Shia is shown in a slapping contest with a friend during a party. In an attempt to provoke his friend to smack him, Shia called him a f****t. Shia's rep spoke exclusively to E! Online, saying, quote, "He regrets having used the word in any capacity and is very embarrassed that this footage is being seen by anyone." The rep explained that the video is several years old and was taken amongst friends.
Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards are at it AGAIN. They are now battling over whether or not to vaccinate their children. Charlie thinks vaccines are poison. The children's pediatrician is siding with Denise. If an agreement cannot be reached, a judge will decide.

Patrick Swayze may have been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer back in March, but that's not stopping him from working. He'll star in the A&E drama The Beast, which has been picked up by the cable network for 13 episodes. Production will begin this summer in Chicago, with the show slated to premiere early next year. 
Lynda Carter, aka Wonder Woman, found a dead body last week in Washington D.C.'s Potomac River.Lynda was by herself in a boat when she spotted the body. Because she didn't have a cell phone, she asked some fishermen nearby to call police. She then waited until officers arrived to lead them to the body. A cause of death has not been identified.
Amy Winehouse apologized yesterday in the wake of a report from Britain's News of the World, which obtained a video it claimed was filmed around May, 2007 in a "crack den." In the tape, Amy and a friend are chanting slurs to the tune of a children's song while being taped by her husband, who told them he wasn't recording it. In the video, cigarette lighters and what appears to be heroin on a foil lie on a table.
The paparazzi have been lining up to score a $150 dollar paycheck for snapping a pic of Miley Cyrus' first kiss. According to Miley's dad Billy Ray, however, "They're a little late on that." He didn't say who it was that Miley kissed, unfortunately.
A photographer named Edwin W. Merino has been accused of stalking Jamie Lynn Spears. According to authorities, Merino had pestered the couple in the Liberty, Mississippi area. He has a court appearance scheduled for next week. Merino thinks he may have been targeted because he was the only photographer following Jamie Lynn at the time. He says he was about 200 feet away from her and her fiancé, Casey Aldridge, preparing to take their picture with a long lens, when he was arrested at a gas station.
David Archuleta was all set to perform a "thank you" concert this Friday at the E Center in Salt Lake City. Tickets were to be sold for a dollar each, with the money going to charity, but the show was scrapped at the last minute. Initial reports indicated that American Idol put the brakes on the show because it wasn't an official Idol event. But Utah TV station Fox 13 says that the real reason has to do with the booking company, which would not allow David appear at the E Center before he performed there on the American Idols Live tour. Obviously, there's a concern that the one-off show would cut into ticket sales for the Idol tour stop, scheduled for July 14th.
Don't believe everything you see. The cover of the latest Star magazine suggests that a very pregnant Angelina Jolie collapsed on a beach recently and her health is in danger. TMZ.com, however, has uncovered a series of photos that were taken at the exact same time that prove otherwise. Last week's Entertainment Tonight report claiming Angelina Jolie had given birth to twins in France apparently was based on information from someone impersonating the Oscar-winner's assistant. ET says Angelina's attorney informed them earlier this week that the show may have been duped. The show states, quote, "We are actively investigating the matter and are reaching out to law enforcement agencies." The imposter has yet to be identified.
An article in the current issue of Vanity Fair seems to suggest that Bill Clinton had a recent affair with Gina Gershon. The article cites what it calls "recent high-end Hollywood dinner-party gossip" in reporting Clinton has been, quote, "visiting with the actress Gina Gershon in California." 
Steve-O from MTV's Jackass pleaded guilty in a Los Angeles court Tuesday to cocaine possession, and informed the judge that he had, quote, "found God." Steve-O also told the court he has been sober now for 85 days. His attorney says the judge took into consideration his client's commitment and time in rehab and announced the case would be completely dismissed once he completes his treatment program.
Kevin Federline is scheduled to host a party at the club Privé in Las Vegas on June 13th, where he will be presented with a "Father of the Year" award. This will be his second "Father of the Year" award in seventh months. The first was awarded last November by Details magazine.
Yesterday marked the one year anniversary of Paris Hilton's 23-day stint in jail for violating probation in an alcohol-related reckless driving case. She's still remembered by the inmates at the Lynwood, California all-women county jail where she served much of her sentence. TMZ.com reports that inmates at Lynwood baked a cake in honor of Paris in a cooking class. The cake featured the Eiffel Tower, which of course is located in Paris, France.
Dina and Michael Lohan made a closed-door court appearance in Long Island, New York. An attorney for Michael said his client argued that Dina wasn't complying with a visitation agreement allowing him to see 14-year-old daughter Ali and 11-year-old son Dakota. Lindsay and her 19-year-old brother, Michael, are excluded from the complaint because they're not minors.
TMZ.com has obtained Nick Hogan's response to the civil lawsuit that John Graziano's family filed against the Hogans. In his response Nick blames everyone BUT himself. He even blames John as well as Daniel Jacobs, the guy whom he drag-raced to cause the crash in the first place. Nick also says John was the one who put himself in danger by wearing a seatbelt, not getting out of the car, getting into the car in the first place. And one last thing: Being friends with Nick to begin with.
A source close to Jessica Biel's management team told the Chicago Sun-Times that Justin Timberlake has been quizzing her friends and associates to find out what kind of ring she'd like, so he can get her the engagement ring of her dreams. And people in Justin's camp tell the paper that spending time away from Jessica due to work has made Justin realize how much he really loves her.

Kim Cattrall is set to star in and executive produce Sensitive Skin, an adaptation of the same-named British series revolving around a wife and mother of a certain age who rediscovers her sexuality and begins to challenge her cookie-cutter life. The show will air on HBO.

In an email to MTV, Pete Wentz explained why he flat-out lied about Ashlee Simpson's pregnancy. Pete says, "My first instinct was to protect her and the baby. It's insane that you can't let happy news brew in Hollywood. This wasn't about press or anything. It was about the health of the baby and trying to find a way to be happy...in the middle of a press blitz." Pete adds that he apologizes to anyone who feels "misinformed," but goes on to say, "The growing baby is who I felt most loyal to protect and defend."
Fashion photographer Huggy Ragnarsson recently told Britain's Sun newspaper that Naomi Campbell is going bald and that she started losing her hair 15 years ago. Ragnarsson puts the blame on excessive use of hair extensions. He says Naomi was warned about the risks of using weaves day in and day out, but she chose to ignore them.
Star magazine reports Ali Lohan is quickly gaining a reputation for being difficult. An eyewitness tells the magazine Ali chewed out a cameraman two weeks ago while they were filming a scene for her reality show, Living Lohan. The source says Ali was screaming at the guy and telling him, quote, "Get that damn camera out of my damn face." One Lohan family friend says she's not surprised by Ali's diva act. The pal says, quote, "She has become a bigger nightmare than Lindsay ever was. Despite her off-set problems, Lindsay acts like a pro when she's working. Ali just doesn't treat her co-workers with respect, and that'll hurt her in this business."
Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer were spotted sharing a romantic dinner Saturday night at the posh Polo Lounge at the Beverly Hills Hotel. An eyewitness tells OK! magazine Jen and John looked very much in love and only had eyes for each other. According to another source, the couple left the Polo Lounge before 11 p.m., but was never spotted actually leaving the hotel

According to the New York Post, Michael Lohan showed up at a hotel looking for his daughter, Lindsay, Wednesday night after he found out she was going to be there to attend a party. A source said that when Lindsay got wind her dad planned to track her down there, she "freaked out" and decided to have dinner with her mother and sister, instead.
Ray J has responded to the allegations he was kicked out of a hotel last weekend for drug possesion. He told TMZ.com, "The defamatory statements made by the staff at the Washington D.C. Hyatt accusing me of using the drug 'boat' or PCP are totally false and are an attempt by them to gain publicity for their hotel. These drugs are illegal and since the police were called, I would have been arrested if I had these drugs in my possession. The statements made by the hotel staff are extremely damaging, and I'm contemplating legal action. "
Sharon Stone is apologizing for comments she made recently about the earthquakes in China being a possible result of bad karma. She released a statement saying, quote, "In the course of the interview I made inappropriate remarks and for any harm created towards the Chinese people I am extremely sad and apologize." The 50-year-old Oscar nominee added, quote, "I am willing to take part in the relief work of China's earthquake and wholly devote myself to helping affected Chinese people."
Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz have finally confirmed they are expecting a baby! They posted this statement on FriendsOrEnemies.com: "While many have speculated about this, we wanted to wait until after the first trimester to officially confirm that we are expecting our first child. Yesterday, Dunkin' Donuts pulled an online ad featuring Rachel Ray promoting iced coffee due to criticism the ad received over a scarf she wore in it. Some critics claimed the black-and-white scarf resembled a traditional Palestinian scarf that they maintain has come to symbolize terrorism. Dunkin' Donuts says the scarf was chosen by a stylist for the shoot, and that no such symbolism was intended.

Just when the Jessica Simpson/Tony Romo relationship couldn't get any more confusing, rumors are now popping up that Jessica cheated on Tony with Jared Leto. However, Jared's manager tells Us Weekly, quote, "There is no truth whatsoever to the article." Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have just shelled out 60 million dollars for a one thousand acre estate in the south of France. Located in a village called Brignol, the estate, known as Chateau Miraval, is more like a hotel, since it features 35 bedrooms, a vineyard, lake, forest and moat. It also comes equipped with an indoor and outdoor pool, billiards room, his-and-hers gyms, sauna, jacuzzi, nearly two dozen water fountains, a stream and a series of hidden tunnels. 
Chad Kroeger, the lead singer of Nickelback, has appealed his recent drunk driving conviction. Chad is arguing that the breathalyzer test he was forced to take when he was pulled over for speeding in 2006 violated his rights. Chad's lawyer says the breathalyzer results, which showed that the singer had nearly double the legal limit of alchol in his blood, should have been excluded from evidence because the arresting officer didn't have any "reasonable suspicion" that Chad was drunk.
Jessica Alba and Cash Warren got married secretly on Monday in the Beverly Hills courthouse's ceremony room less than an hour after applying for a marriage license. Neither brought along any guests.
In an interview with Ryan Seacrest on Tuesday, Pete Wentz said he and his new wife, Ashlee Simpson, aren't on a lavish honeymoon. Instead,d the two are simply hanging out in their basement in L.A. with, quote, "some blow-up palm trees and a little fake-n-bake tanning booth." Pete says, "We're gonna save that 30 grand, you know?"
According to court documents, Jamie Spears was forced to leave his catering job so he could focus his attention on his conservatorship of Britney full-time. In response to a request for what was termed "replacement compensation," he was awarded 10 thousand dollars in back pay for the first month of the conservatorship, plus a 25 hundred-dollar-per-week salary beginning in March. 
Kristin Davis recently told Health magazine that people often send Cosmos her way at restaurants in honor of her character, Charlotte, on Sex and the City. However, Kristin herself she never drinks them because she's a recovering alcoholic. "I've never hid it, but I've been sober the whole time I've been famous, so it wasn't like I had to go to rehab publicly. I get sent Cosmos. I never drink them." 
Ali Lohan recently told People magazine a couple of girls at her school recently made a nasty video of her filled with curse words and posted it on YouTube. Ali says school authorities were notified and the kids were suspended. Ali is now being home-schooled now to accommodate her work and travel schedule related to her new E! reality series, Living Lohan. Ali says home-schooling is a much better learning environment because you don't have girls, quote, "giving you problems."
According to the New York Post, Mariah Carey interrupted her new husband Nick Cannon's "boys' weekend" with Diddy and Quincy Jones at the opening of the MGM Grand at Foxwoods casino-resort in Connecticut on Saturday. A source claims Mariah called Nick at one in the morning and told him to come home. The source adds, quote, "He didn't look happy about it."
Owen Wilson seems to be feeling a bit better after his recent break-up with Kate Hudson. He hit up Philadelphia strip club last Thursday and spent more than four hours drinking beer, watching hockey on TV and, of course, checking out the dancers. Owen requested dances from several of the ladies and tipped one of them with a hundred-dollar bill. It seems Owen even enjoyed some private time in a VIP suite with a blonde who supposedly resembled Kate Hudson. One stripper says Owen seemed to have other things on his mind. The National Enquirer is reporting that Adnan Ghalib is shopping a sex tape he made with Britney Spears during their trip to Mexico. A source told The Enquirer, "word is the video starts with Britney undressing. She was wearing some cheap clothes that she bought down there in Rosarito . . . The sex wasn't particularly kinky but Britney wears a pink wig throughout. At one point in the tape Adnan asks the singer to remove the pink bob but she refused. Adnan tells her to take it off and she says coyly, 'Take what off? There's nothing left to take off.'"
TMZ reports Lindsay Lohan is soliciting bids for sponsorships for her upcoming 22nd birthday bash in July. Lindsay wasn't able to party in style for her 21st birthday because she was in rehab. TMZ says a website has been created to drum up business for the bash, claiming a group of 75 VIP guests will party at this quote, "international media-worthy event." Sources tell TMZ the site is no joke and is designed to make it easy to attract companies and their products, though alcohol sponsors need not apply.
The New York Daily News says Hilary Swank was mistaken for a waitress over the weekend. Apparently, she texting on her cell phone while standing next to a hostess stand at the Waverly Inn restaurant when a patron approached and asked if she worked there. The newspaper says when Hilary politely told the customer she did not, he replied, quote, "You definitely look like you do."
An insider tells People magazine Lance Armstrong and Kate Hudson were spotted in Austin, Texas, Friday and Saturday night. Lance and Kate dined at a high-end restaurant Friday evening, but then accompanied his three kids and several friends to Austin's casual Hula Hut eatery on Saturday. Two days earlier, the couple were spotted together in New York City.
Ellen DeGeneres announced during a taping of her talk show yesterday that in the wake of the California Supreme Court's decision to overturn the ban on gay marriage, she will marry her longtime girlfriend, Portia De Rossi. 
Britney Spears and her father have taken off to Costa Rica... With Mel Gibson and his wife. Britney and Mel used to live near each other in Malibu and were spotted not long ago having dinner together at a Russian restaurant in Studio City. A source tells People.com, "Mel and Robin clearly saw a woman in crisis and wanted to extend themselves in any way possible. It's simply an act of human kindness -- one neighbor reaching out to the other." The group are expected to stay at the Gibsons' home in Costa Rica and return to the States next week.
L.A. band Lustra is not pleased with Miley Cyrus. The band claims that Miley's song "Rockstar" is nearly identical to their song "Scotty Doesn't Know," which was used in the 2004 movie Roadtrip. According to various reports, Lustra guitarist Nick Cloutman said, quote, "Although we are very flattered that Ms. Cyrus took this route, we would have preferred some credit."

Angelina Jolie has been forced to confirm she's pregnant with twins.... thanks to Jack Black. In an interview yesterday with NBC's Today show in Cannes, France, where they're promoting the upcoming animated movie, Jack joked that Angie and Brad Pitt, will, quote, "have as many as [the] Brady Bunch when you have these." When asked about Jack's comment, Angelina replied, quote, "Yeah, yeah, we've confirmed that already. Well, Jack's just confirmed it actually." Jack, of course, has since apologized. Angelina said she will "possibly" give birth in France, as has been rumored, but she would not divulge the sexes of the babies. The entire conversation with Angie and Jack will air on the Today show this morning.
TMZ.com has dished some of the "dirty" details of Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon's wedding "reception" at Six Flags Magic Mountain. Apparently, Mariah had her own private bathroom, with gaurds right outside. As for their guests, the boys' bathrooms had tissues, a cup full of gum, and a candle. The ladies were treated to pink mats, gum, Listerine, and a basket full of hairspray. The couple was driven around the park in a golf cart, and Mariah was followed by a hairstylist and makeup artist at all times. 
Us Weekly is reporting Jessica Simpson is torn up over John Mayer's new relationship with Jennifer Aniston, so much so that she felt the need to tie one recently. Apparently, she was so drunk after four hours at a Mexican restaurant in L.A. with best friend CaCee Cobb and Cobb's boyfriend, Donal Faison , she had to call mom Tina to get a ride home, leaving her Range Rover in the parking lot of the restaurant. Us reports that CaCee was in no better shape, vomiting under the table.
The New York Post reports that Aaron Carter may be appearing on the next season of VH1's Celebrity Rehab. Along with Aaron, former Hollywood madam Heidi Fleiss and ex-Skid Row frontman Sebastian Bach may be checking in as well. While VH1 hasn't confirmed casting for the show, production sources tell the Post that Dennis Rodman has also been approached to appear.

Mariah Carey was on The Ellen DeGeneres Show yesterday to discuss her recent wedding to Nick Cannon in the Caribbean. Mariah said they each brought just three friends because, quote, "We wanted to be on the beach and we didn't want other people taking pictures." She added that the couple will have a larger ceremony for the rest of their family and friend. She says, "We're just going to have another [one] next year. [Nick's] plan is to have one every year."
According to TMZ.com, Jessica Simpson and Tony Romo are splitsville, contrary to what their reps claim. While the website says the two have broken up, it also adds, quote, "at least for now."
The Weinstein Co. is going to turn Fraggle Rock into a live-action musical movie. just like the series, the film will be populated by a mix of human characters and Fraggle Rock puppets. The pic will take the core characters Gobo, Wembley, Mokey, Boober and Red outside of their home in Fraggle Rock, where they interact with humans, which they think are aliens. 
The New York Post is reporting that Beyoncé is pregnant. What makes them say so? Well, she's supposedly gained a bit of weight. The Post says that according to a source, Beyoncé normally does the, quote, "Def Jam detox" when she's put on a few pounds, but not this time. A rep for the singer told the paper, quote, "I don't know if she's pregnant. Let me perform an ultrasound and get back to you."
Lindsay Lohan is going hip-hop on her upcoming album... That's right, the album will include collaborations with Akon, Pharrell, Snoop Dogg and Ne-Yo.
Jimmy Fallon will replace Conan O'Brien as host of Late Night in the middle of next year. Jimmy had been considered the frontrunner for a while, especially after he reached a contract agreement with NBC in 2007. He would start his new job sometime after Conan replaces Jay Leno as host of The Tonight Show.
Hugh Hefner has told TV's Extra that when Miley Cyrus comes of age, he'd be happy to have her pose for Playboy. Hef said that Miley would be, quote, "welcomed in the magazine" and added that the 15-year-old is, quote, "a very pretty lady." Hef also said that the outcry over Miley's Vanity Fair photos shows, quote, "how schizophrenic America is about sexuality." He says the photos were "innocent" and he doesn't understand why everyone made what he calls a "big to do" over them.
Mike Gilbert, a memorabilia dealer and former associate of O.J. Simpson is releasing his book, How I Helped O.J. Get Away With Murder: The Shocking Inside Story of Violence, Loyalty, Regret and Remorse, today. In the book, Gilbert claims O.J. confessed to the murders of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman.
Nick Hogan, 17, was sent to jail on Friday after pleading no contest in Clearwater, Florida to causing an accident that seriously injured his friend. He was sentenced to eight months in jail. He must also serve five years probation -- which includes attending DUI classes -- and surrender his driving privileges for three years. He immediately began serving his jail sentence after the ruling.
Kate Hudson and Owen Wilson are NOT engaged, despite the fact she has been spotted wearing a diamond on her left ring finger. Kate's rep told Us Weekly, quote, "She's definitely not engaged," and explained the ring as part of the role the actress is playing in the movie she's filming, Bride Wars.
The new issue of People magazine, on stands Friday, features Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon's exclusive wedding pictures, including shots of the happy couple's new tattoos. He's got "MARIAH" in huge letters across his upper back, while she has "MRS. CANNON" on her lower back. 
Star Jones is firing back at Barbara Walters for her recent comments on The Oprah Winfrey Show. Star told Us Weekly, quote, "It is a sad day when an icon like Barbara Walters, in the sunset of her life, is reduced to publicly branding herself as an adulterer, humiliating an innocent family with accounts of her illicit affair and speaking negatively against me, all for the sake of selling a book." Star was referring to Barbara's recent admission that she had an affair with former U.S. Senator Edward Brooke in the 1970s. Babs' rep responded, quote, "I will not dignify this with a comment. Barbara's written words say it all!"
Amy Winehouse has been arrested once again, this time on suspicion of drug use. In the UK, the police make arrests in order to hold interviews. After the interview, they decide whether or not to press charges. Amy voluntarily went to a London police station to be arrested "by appointment." She was later released on police bail, but there's still a possibility that she'll undergo more questioning in the future. In a statement, her publicist said, "[Amy] is cooperating fully with inquiries. The interview relates to a video handed to the police earlier this year." This refers to the video of Amy allegedly smoking crack, stills of which were published in a UK newspaper this past January.
Britney Spears looked at a five-bedroom home yesterday in Encino, California that's listed at just under six million bucks. Unfortunately, Britney is only on a 15-hundred-dollar-a-week allowance and would need her father, Jamie, to approve the purchase, since Brit's still under his conservatorship.
John Mayer apparently logs all his romantic conquests in something called a "fame book." A source who's worked with John tells the Chicago Sun Times that the book is a diary-like record of all the women he's bedded, along with personal photos he took of them, notes they've sent him, clippings of magazine articles about his various relationships and printouts of emails they've sent him. A friend of John, who claims to have seen this "fame book" tells the paper, "Just think what that would go for on eBay."
Britney Spears has received an "expansion of time" with her children following a custody hearing yesterday, though exact details were not revealed. Kevin Federline's lawyer told reporters afterward, "It is a cautious step, but a step forward nonetheless. We are seeing signs of [Britney's] progress." TMZ.com reports that Britney was granted three days of supervised visitation per week, and could also be granted overnight visitation sometime in the next month. The website states that the plan is to eventually give Britney 50/50 custody with K-Fed.

Following in the footsteps of Miley Cyrus, The Jonas Brothers will be getting their very own 3-D movie, scheduled for 2009. The movie will feature behind-the-scenes documentary material, as well as footage from the brothers' Burning Up concert tour, which will kick off in July. In a statement, the group said, "We can't wait to start working on this film for our fans. It's going to be awesome and we really want to bring a totally unique and different movie experience to everyone, whether they've seen us live or not."
Dina Lohan has been named "Top Mom" by a New York organization called Mingling Moms. A Mingling Moms spokesperson told OK!Magazine, quote, "It's something for Mother's Day. It's a list of mothers from Long Island who have raised superstar children." Mingling Moms president Erica Logiudice told the New York Post that Dina is a quote, "dedicated mom" and added, quote, "Through all the ups and downs of Lindsay, she has been by her side."
Lifetime may have purchased the rights to Project Runway, but as of yesterday, NBC Universal made sure they didn't have the show's producers, Dan Cutforth and Jane Lipsitz. NBC Universal, which owns Bravo, USA and Oxygen, cut an exclusive deal with Cutforth and Lipsitz, who call their production company Magical Elves, to give them first dibs on projects in development. NBC Universal is also seeking a preliminary injunction against the Weinstein Company, which owns Project Runway, to prevent Lifetime from promoting the show. 
Kanye West is blogging again, and this time, he's defending the big fuss he made over technical issues at a recent concert in Houston, and told fans quote, "don't believe the hype!," referring to the headlines he made because of his tantrum. He also says he's not a diva, writing quote, "Unfortunately for certain media outlets, you will never be able to Michael Jackson' me. That means to make it seem like everything I do is so weird or out of place." He adds, quote, "They always try to make it seem like everything is about my ego! That joke is getting old. At a certain point you have to respect that I'm one of the last artists that still care about the fans having the best time of their lives!"
Britney Spears is due back in court today. At a family court hearing scheduled for 8:30 this morning Los Angeles time, Britney's expected to present her case to get more face time with her sons. She currently has monitored visitation rights with the two boys, but no overnight privileges. As for whether Kevin Federline will be in attendance, his attorney says, "Kevin has been at every important hearing [so far]. I view Tuesday as an important hearing."
Scarlett Johansson and Ryan Reynolds have been dating since last spring, and now it's official... The couple is engaged! No wedding date has been set yet.
A New York college student says Lindsay Lohan lifted her 11-thousand-dollar blond mink coat from a nightclub party they both attended, and she wants Linds to own up to it. According to the New York Post, 22-year-old Masha Markova says she spotted Lindsay wearing her coat in numerous paparazzi photos following the party on January 26th and had her immigration lawyer call Lindsay's attorney Blair Berk. A few days later the nightclub contacted her, saying they had something for her. It turned out to be the coveted mink, which Markova says was a gift from her grandmother. Markova and her lawyer haven't directly accused Lindsay of stealing the coat, but they want her to pay at least 10 thousand dollars for the unauthorized, three-week rental. Markova says the mink came back to her reeking of cigarettes and alcohol and the lining had a slight tear in it.
Lindsay Lohan's infamous mug shot from her DUI arrest last July was used in a full-page print ad that ran in USA Today, attacking ignition interlock devices. Those are devices that measure a driver's blood alcohol level before they can start their vehicle.
